How to Access Our Services:

  • Ask your Regional Center Service Coordinator to make a referral to our office.
  • Identify your own provider or have us help you find one.
  • Complete the application sent to you by our office and mail it back to us.
  • Once we receive your application we will begin the processing stage and follow all the necessary steps to clear your chosen provider or if we are helping you identify a provider, interview the individuals sent to you by our office.

We Serve:

Individuals of all ages requiring assistance with basic living skills such as:
  • Bathing and dressing
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Toileting
  • Social stimulation
