Pacific Homecare Services was established to provide non-medical in-home respite care for people with developmental disabilities as well as serve as the Employer of Record for Regional Center consumer families. Our MISSION is to provide professional, personalized and timely service to Regional Centers’ staff and families. Our VISION is to help enhance the quality of life for Regional Center Families by providing them with the most efficient and reliable service. We consistently aim to provide the best service by using the latest technological advances and continuously improving our processes.
